Yes, this video is parody, however the voice you hear is one of todays religious terrorists: Todd Friel.

Todd is the lead on the Way of the Master radio show, and he's about as dishonest and ignorant as they come encased in a charismatic fast talking average looking body. If you spot him with a camera do not approach! Seek protection or shelter immediately so as not to incur his dishonest tactics or his fear mongering.

The song, made by wotmwatchdog.org, is now on Way of the Master homepage, without crediting the source. We can't understand how there is any way they would have gotten the file without knowing clearly who made it.
